Los herederos de Monty Python

A few days ago I found a program "That Mitchell & Webb Look" simply sensational. They remind me a lot to Monty Python, here I leave a sample:

The pastor asked for forgiveness. He had probably misunderstood.

of old books, very old-

As mentioned in a previous post, the number of bookshops in Dublin honors the city's literary fame. It is also the case of museums, as two of the main attractions of the city have them as protagonists.

Unfortunately there was only the permanent exhibition "Sacred Traditions", the religious approach is not excited me too much, which does not prevent both art and appreciate the importance of books and scrolls on display.

Letter Sample For Project Late

During the visit to the National Gallery of Ireland discovered that in fact most of the building is under construction. But considering we started late (we were coming to visit Newgrange), may have been for the better, because in a few rooms were exposed to the Masterpieces of the Collection .

can not say that in the case of a museum must, although I was surprised by the large collection of Flemish painters of the seventeenth s one of my favorite periods.

Dogs Lips Have Sores On It

National Gallery of Ireland Dublin (II)

On Sunday we took a trip of about an hour to get to the ruins Neolithic Newgrange . They are great tombs of 5,000 years ago, where a tunnel and dome made of stone, then covered their ground, forming a kind of artificial cave hill. In the case of Newgrange is a very interesting effect, the morning light illuminates the bottom of the cave for a few minutes, only for a few days a year, during the winter solstice. This shows that also served as a large calendar and quite possibly a place of worship, not just as grave.

The "reconstruction" of the facade was made at the time it is extremely unfortunate. There is no indication that the stones found have formed a wall. The cave on the other hand is preserved as long as 5,000 years.

They highlight the large number of stones with abstract designs, as one of the "collections" Neolithic art in the world. For

afternoon we visit the National Gallery and to around Trinity College. Then late night walk through the city. The other big plus of the city is the abundance of bookstores, which honors the literary brand of the city. In some of the references (Shaw and Yeats, for example) I have not read anything, but instead I have high regard for Gulliver's Travels Swift and The Picture of Dorian Gray Wilde . Particular case is that of Joyce, which I liked their Dubliners and Ulysses magna opera, but whose Portrait of the Artist ... I was totally infumable , religious vomit endless and unbearable. Someday I will give an opportunity to Finnegans Wake but still need to recover. Moreover despite the abundance of bookstores and my addiction to pile books, I just brought a pair, the list of outstanding time is too long to keep accumulating.

James, you gave me joy and terror alike. Not clear on which shelf wear.

On Monday we went to Malahide Castle , a half hour of downtown. Has the peculiarity of being in possession of the same family for several hundred Norman years (700-800 approx) very smart rooms, shame that did not stop taking pictures.

Al
noon we returned to Trinity College to see the library, a fantastic collection of old books as fantastic environment. The most famous is the manuscript of Kells, written around AD 800. But try to see other museums were closed. Were and the last visits. The last day we went to a hotel near the airport for your flight early and return on Tuesday morning.

What Type Of Doctor Workd With Burstist

Dublin (I)

For Easter we did a three-day trip to Dublin, in what we hope was only the first visit to Ireland. The weather was not very spring but at least it did not rain, which is already appreciated.

In Dublin you may be lacking a bit in attractive tourism compared to other European capitals. But makes up for in vitality. So if ... although the days were busy when we arrived on Friday night and took a tour of the center, almost all the bars were closed since Friday because no alcohol was sold (WTF? what does that matter?) , the output was short, also wanted to start early Saturday.

Ha'penny Bridge - The river Leffey is the main artery running through the heart of the city.

The next morning, the first visit was Dublin Castle. Little remains of the fortress medieval most of it was renovated during the eighteenth century. The guide explained that in general was always hated by quite a building to host the British occupation governments. Especially mentioned during the visit the prison and execution of leaders of the revolt for independence in the early twentieth century. After independence it was decided not to destroy it yet, today is an important part of the government buildings. Upon leaving, we passed the Chester Beaty Library, which was very close.

Dublin Castle - reinterpreting the symbols of oppression

For lunch and during rest of the afternoon we went to the Guinness Brewery, an entire national symbol. The visitor center is mounted on a large old building no longer in use. If I am not mistaken was where previously prepared fermentation. Interactively shows the manufacturing process, functioning both as a museum, because the brand has existed since 1759. On top of the building is a bar from which there are views across the city. The tour includes a "learn to shoot properly Guinness, which willingly participated.

The real black gold: a visit to the Guinness

At night, the walk appellant was pacing around the Temple Bar area, very active, but also quite "touristy." Yet we find no problems a few cafes and bars without excessive crowds and where we find it soon gusto.Por Irish pubs are for me, "the" benchmark of what a bar should be. Especially now that there are smoke free.
