"Nerven" is a film that lives up to its name, one breathes the characteristic Angst whole period. Surprise editing in some scenes to strengthen the effect of confusion, quasi precursor of what the Russians skilfully exploited a few years later (Eisenstein, Vertov). The story is intricate and entertaining.
